Students of Architecture must first learn the classical vocabulary of Khmer art before creating entire structures. They may learn basic methods of building construction through apprenticeship.

Drawing of an Architectural Detail – Such designs, both exuberant and regularized, play an important part in decorating traditional architecture.

Drawing for a Capital – Architectural settings in secular and religious scenes depict traditional details. Such a capital could appear in either a temple or a palace.
